International

EUROAVIA is the European Association of Aerospace students and has approximately 1000 members. The association was founded is 1959 and local groups are active in about 30 European cities, among them EUROAVIA Leuven. The local groups maintain good relationships with each other and regularly, there are international activities open for all European members.

The EUROAVIA News is our quarterly international magazine, with articles about aerospace topics and updates from the local groups.

International activities:

  • fly-in: a series of activities organized by one local group (during one week): company visits, cultural events, workshops and parties.
  • symposia and congresses: organized by one local group in cooperation with an Educational institution.
  • Design and Formation Workshops: Workshops about the design process in aeronautics or the practical organization of a local group.
  • AMEAC and EMEAC: Annual meeting and election of the new International Board.
  • Air Show Presences
